* This is a famous memetic song sung by Rika and Hanyuu from
the likewise famous anime "Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni." Most
otaku just need the word "Higurashi" and they'd know exactly
  what I'm talking about.

* Yes, this is the long version, in all its glory.

* Yes, I'm aware that RedAlice has created a remix of this
song (which they've called "Great Nano-Desu") in all of its
absolute insanity. Whether I'll chart that too? Time will tell.

* This song is something of a unique case. I had a background
picture for it for several years (looking at its Properties
tells me August 2012, but I'm convinced I've had it longer)
but didn't have the music file at first, and wasn't convinced
that I liked the background I had. So it simply never got
started for forever. This song should have been in my pack
ages ago, but it simply never actually made it until now.
That makes this perhaps one of my most overdue simfiles.

* Please note a rarity: There are 2 *uber*-slowdown segments
in this simfile (one in the bridge, and one at the very end).

* Expert is jumpy and has some pretty staple-type crossovers
that aren't all that difficult to hit for the most part.
Aside from that, you won't have any difficulty clearing
this as a pretty easy 10.

* Hard turned out to be quite a solid 8. Lots of 8th streaming
and some 16ths thrown around here and there just to keep you
  on your toes.

* Medium took forever to chart, and frankly, despite re-doing
several sections multiple times, I *still* don't really like
how it turned out. Too few holds, in my opinion. However,
considering its 6-ness, if I'd done much more with it, it'd've
been a 7, and that would've been difficult to accept. This
does not mean it's a bad chart, just that I couldn't manage
to figure out anything really awesome to do with it, and that
it turned out pretty blandly, in my own opinion.

* Easy is considerably more heartful than Medium, I think,
despite the fact that it's a 4. I used as few non-red arrows
as possible; however, the final slowdown forced me to whip out
a blue arrow and, believe it or not, an orange 32nd.
Unfortunately, with the uber-slowdown at the end of the song
being 1/4 the main BPM, there was no possible way around
having to use SOME kind of non-red arrows, so I figured that
if they have to be there, they might as well be right on cue.

* Novice is a 2, and also as heartful as Easy, making it fun
to play despite having no real fanciness to it. Nothing
notable to say about the slowdowns; I managed not to use
any non-red arrows, so everything turned out peachy.
